I don’t see my shop’s best selling eliquid brand on Giant Distribution. When will you start carrying my favorite e-liquid maker’s e-juice line?
Well, that’s a great question. It depends on a number of factors, but the best thing to do is either let us know at email@example.com or let your Account Manager know what brand you’d like us to pick up.
Because we offer a wide selection of brands so you can get many in one place saving you time! Not only that, but in some cases it’s less expensive to order from Giant Distribution because of our free shipping and loyalty rewards program!
Not yet! We’re expanding weekly, though, adding many new brands to distribution as we go.

If you’re interested in selling your e-juice line through Giant Vapes, we’d love to hear from you! The best way to contact us is via our vendor interest form. Simply go to our Contact Us page, click on “Vendors” on the left hand side, follow the instructions, and complete our vendor application. We review ALL applications, and test ALL samples that are sent to us, so please be patient. We will reach out to you with any additional questions once we are closer to considering your brand.

We accept payment from all major credit cards with no credit card fees!
We have a 50 bottle MOQ, but the MOQ is NOT per brand. It’s based on your entire order.
We do ship out samples of certain brands inside orders to existing customers. If you’re not already a customer and are interested in receiving samples, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 855-GVAPES-5 ext. 3. We have a sample program that allows you to order samples of any brand we distribute at a deep discount (even less than wholesale price)
No, not at this time. We take credit card payments only.
We do have swag for some of the companies we distribute and are working on getting more. If you’d like swag included with your order, just let your sales representative know!
We offer a loyalty program that can earn you up to $1000 off an order. Outside of the loyalty program, we typically do not offer volume discounts except for certain brands that are offered with tiered pricing. There are exceptions, though, and if you want to know if you qualify for a volume discount, contact your sales representative or email@example.com or call 855-GVAPES-5 ext 3
Yes, except for certain specific cases. If you can’t, your sales representative will let you know prior to checkout.
Orders placed with Giant Distribution will be shipped SAME DAY, if the order is placed on a weekday, before 3pm Eastern Time. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following business day. The exceptions to this are Federal Postal holidays, and special circumstances, which will be announced via our social media outlets and via e-mail. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this same day/one business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
Non-Express Domestic orders are shipped via Fedex Ground:
Fedex Ground (includes domestic tracking): Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days (NOT guaranteed).
The shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, errors on the part of the courier, etc. We do guarantee that your package will be shipped in accordance with the Turnaround section listed above, but Giant Distribution cannot control the courier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date.

Giant Distribution does not currently ship to international mailing addresses. Stay tuned for updates.
International Mail/Freight Forwarding Services
Giant Distribution takes great care in packaging and shipping orders so they arrive safely, and in a timely manner. We guarantee that they will arrive safely and undamaged. However, for customers choosing to ship their order to a mail, package, or freight forwarding service (Shipito, MyUS, MyParcel, etc.) this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages and other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely, intact, and in its entirety to the shipping address provided on your order, Giant Distribution is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown the cost of shipping, at which point you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order.
Giant Distribution offers FREE SHIPPING via Fedex Ground for ALL orders that meet our 50 piece MOQ and are shipping to a US address!
Some products may be purchased as a pre-order with an estimated date of receipt of stock given to you before your order. The estimated date given at time of order is subject to change, as it is only an estimate given to Giant Distribution by a third party manufacturer. Orders of this kind will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the items by Giant Distribution from the item manufacturer. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this 2 business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
