If you’re already ordering from us, your best bet is to reach out to your assigned Account Manager.

Are you having issues with your order? If so, contact your Account Manager. If you can’t find their contact information, or you haven’t been assigned an Account Manager yet, you can also email us at [email protected]

I don’t see my shop’s best selling eliquid brand on Giant Distribution. Can you stock it for me?

Well, that’s a great question. It depends on a number of factors, but the best thing to do is either let us know at [email protected] or let your Account Manager know what brand you’d like us to pick up.

 

Why would I order from you rather than directly from the manufacturer?

We offer a wide selection of brands so you can get many in one place saving you time! Not only that, but in some cases it’s less expensive to order from Giant Distribution because of our free shipping and loyalty rewards program!

 

Can I order EVERYTHING you carry on Giant Vapes at Giant Distribution?

Not at this time! We’re adding new brands to distribution as we go, so if there is a brand you'd like to see on Giant Distro, just let your Account Manager know.

 

Do you match pricing from other vendors?

Potential price matching is handled on a case by case basis. Please contact your Account Manager or Sales Representative for more information or email [email protected]

I’m an e-juice maker/vendor.  How do I sell my e-liquid through Giant Vapes?

Giant Vapes is always looking for new, delicious, high-quality e-liquids to add to our family of products! If you're an e-liquid manufacturer looking to sell your products through Giant Vapes & Giant Distribution, we’d love to get some more information about your company and the products you offer. Help!  There’s a problem with my order.  What should I do?

Contact your Account Manager. If you have not yet been assigned an account manager, either email us at [email protected] or call 855-GVAPES-5 ext. 3

 

What payment options do you offer?

We accept payment from all major credit cards with no credit card fees!

 

What is your MOQ?

We have a 20 bottle MOQ, but the MOQ is NOT per brand. It’s based on your entire order. We also offer FREE shipping for orders over 50 bottles.

 

Do you provide samples?

We do offer discounted samples of certain brands, shipped with orders to existing customers. If you’re not already a customer and are interested in receiving samples, contact us at [email protected] or call 855-GVAPES-5 ext. 3. 

 

Do you offer net payment terms?

No, not at this time.  We take credit card payments only.

 

Can you send swag (t-shirts, hats, etc) to my store?

We do have swag for some of the companies we distribute and are working on getting more.  If you’d like swag included with your order, just let your sales representative know! 

 

Do you offer volume discounts?

We offer a loyalty program that can earn you up to $1000 off an order. Outside of the loyalty program, we typically do not offer volume discounts except for certain brands that are offered with tiered pricing. There are exceptions, though, and if you want to know if you qualify for a volume discount, contact your sales representative or [email protected] or call 855-GVAPES-5 ext 3

 

Can we sell products purchased from you in our online shop?

Yes, except for certain specific cases. If you can’t, your sales representative will let you know prior to checkout.
